Do we have products?
Yes! I try to keep some base products always in stock, there are also digital products in the shop you can snag. Catch me at multiple vendor shows in Northern Iowa throughout the year, and I always have essential oils on hand too.
Do we take consultations?
Yes, I will always offer consultations, however I only take a certain amount at a time. You may use the book with me section of the website to see when I am available and/or book with me. I offer several different consultations and chats.
What are consultations/chats?
If you want a specific product and you don’t see if, or you are wanting something for specific needs the consultation is for you. Prices do vary based on what your wanting but in general you get a consultation (sit down or online) and will answer questions based off what you are wanting. Then you will be getting up to 3 products for what you are wanting. Prices will always be discussed first so there aren’t any surprises after the consultation. Payment is upfront when booking, please the cancellation policies under the book with me page. I also offer a chat option where you can get a 15 minute chat with me and discuss whatever aromatherapy topics you would like.
Shipping Information
General shipping for products either through the shop tab or a consultation will be 2-4 weeks on average. Due to making everything by hand specialized I wait on receiving special orders sometimes, and sometimes it takes longer than expected to get something in. Especially with mailing and supply issues. Please be patient and know that I am working as fast as I can to get something out in a timely manner. At this time I do not offer international shipping and will have to cancel international orders if they are placed. I apologize for any inconvenience.
Are the products really natural?
Yes, unless otherwise indicated all of my products use natural ingredients from the emulsifiers and preservatives to my lotions everything is formulated and made by hand for you with natural ingredients. If requested I can make products with synthetic ingredients but I prefer to not do that.
Where do you source you supplies/ingredients?
I cannot get everything in a single location and sometimes sourcing changes depending on if I find a better wholesale supplier or a better product. Carriers, beeswax, butters and salts are from blossom bulk (NAHA approved and organic certified). My essential oils are from Simply Earth, Plant Therapy, Edens Garden, Mountain Rose Herbs and Revive. My preservatives and emulsifiers are from Formulator sample shop. Herbs and Hydrosols are from Mountain Rose Herbs, bought locally or grown ourselves. Anything that I am unable to find we buy from the local store or amazon such as salts, sugars, distilled water and magnesium.
Return Policy?
Due to the nature of the products I am unable to take returns. If something is damaged, did not arrived or melted due to weather reach out to me and we can resolve this. Usually this will end with a product replacement or care tips for the item incase of accidental seperation of the product due to extreme weather. If your product did not arrive reach out and I will try to resolve the issue with the post office. Please contact inquiring about refunds or other issues regarding the product.
